MSDS 
　　(Material Safety Data Sheet) that is the chemical safety manuals, can also be translated as chemical technical manuals or chemical safety information brochures. In European countries, MSDS also known as the Safety Data sheet. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 11014 use the term SDS, but the United States, Canada, Australia and Asia, many countries adopted the term MSDS.
　　MSDS is a comprehensive legal document of chemical production or that sales interprises as required by law to provide customers with the relevant chemical characteristics.It provides physical and chemical parameters of chemicals, blasting performance, health hazards, safe use of storage, leakage disposal, first-aid measures as well as relevant laws and regulations etc.the contents of 16.At present,a document  similat to MSDS which compiled by International Programme on Chemical Safety is International Chemical safety Card (ICSC).But ICSC is not a document of a legal nature, it can not instead of the universal internationally currently MSDS.
